Exotic Plant Care

Compared to common plants, the care is not too much more extensive, but there are key things to take note of. Each plant will arrive with its unique care instruction card. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us!

Acclimating plants to a new environment

Remove plants from packaging as soon as possible. If soil is mostly/completely dry give it a thorough watering. Place plant immediately in the area it is going to occupy, and remove any external roots/leaves that appear damaged or dead. We do not recommend repotting a plant until at least 2 1/2 weeks after it arrives with you. Keep plant between 70-80 degrees.

Q: How often do you update your inventory with new and different plants?

Our plants are carefully sourced and nurtured. Our commitment to individuality means that each plants receives the upmost care to ensure its health. As a result, the process of renewing inventory might take a bit longer, but we believe its worth the wait. We appreciate your patience as we grow our selection. Keep an eye on out for announcements about new additions to our plant family.

What is your refund/return policy?

TERMS: All plant purchases are final. We have a standing pattern of many successful deliveries to varying states. We meticulously package our plants with heavy attention to root rot and we do not water the plants near shipping time. This may results in 7-10 day processing time. No refunds or returns, except in the extreme case if transit is delayed 14 days or longer. Buyer is aware and understands that plant can be minorly damaged during transit. This may look like torn leaves, or slight root rot depending on length of transit. If you have questions about how to help a plant damaged in transit, we are here to help. Send us a message and we will respond within 3 days with instructions. We ship ONLY within the United States. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
